百済寺跡WebAR体験ガイド利用規約

枚方市と大阪工業大学が連携した教育系プロジェクト（ソーシャル・オープンイノベーションチャレンジ2024）を通じて大阪工業大学に就学する学生が開発し、枚方市が運営する「百済寺跡WebAR体験ガイド」（以下「本アプリ」という）を利用する全てのお客様（以下「利用者」という）は、以下の利用規約に同意してから利用できます。

第１条（非補償・免責）

１．大阪工業大学、開発した学生及び枚方市（以下、「提供者」という）は、本アプリにおいて提供される情報の内容等の正確性に対する補償行為を一切しておりません。また、利用者が本アプリを利用したことによる直接的又は間接的な損害に関して一切責任を負いません。

２．提供者は、本アプリ内のすべての情報、画像等にウィルス等の有害物が含まれていないこと、および第三者からの不正なアクセスがないこと、その他本アプリの安全性に関して一切保証をしないものとします。

３．提供者は、利用者のスマートフォン等に表示された画像を注視しながらの歩行（歩きスマホ）による負傷やその他の事故等について、一切保証しないものとします。

第２条（利用者の行為、禁止事項等）

１．利用者は、利用者のインターネット接続環境などによって本アプリを利用するために通信費等が別途発生することに同意し、通信費等の一切を利用者が負担することに同意します。また、利用者は、利用者のインターネット接続環境などによって本アプリの一部を利用できない可能性があることを了承するものとします。

２．利用者は、本アプリを個人使用の目的のためにのみ使用できます。利用者は、公序良俗に反する行為、法律法令に違反する行為、その他社会通念上認められない行為を行ってはならないものとします。​

３．利用者は、本アプリを利用するに際し自己及び周囲への安全に配慮し、歩きスマホ等による事故や、他者の通行または利用の妨げにならないよう努めるものとします。

第3条（本アプリの一時的な停止、終了）

１．枚方市は、利用者に事前に通知なく、何時でも一時的に本アプリの提供を禁止することができます。

２．枚方市は、利用者に事前に通知なく、何時でも本アプリの提供を終了できます。

３．提供者は、前項によって生じた直接または間接的な利用者または第三者の損失及び損害を一切保証しません。

第4条（本規定の変更）

提供者は、提供者の都合により本規約の内容を利用者に予告なく改定することができます。

Terms of Service for “The site of Kudaraji-temple WebAR Experience Guide”

“The site of Kudaraji-temple WebAR Experience Guide” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) is an application developed by the students at Osaka Institute of Technology through the educational project (Social/Open Innovation Challenge 2024) that Hirakata City and Osaka Institute of Technology worked together. The App is operated by Hirakata City. All clients (hereinafter referred to as “users”) must comply with the following terms of service before using the App.

Article 1 （No Warranty/Disclaimer）

1. Osaka Institute of Technology, the students who developed the App, and Hirakata City（hereinafter referred to as “providers”）do not compensate for the accuracy of the information provided by the App. Providers are also not responsible for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the App by users.

2. Providers shall not guarantee that all information and images in the App do not contain harmful substances such as viruses, etc., and not guarantee that there is no unauthorized access from third parties; other than that, shall not guarantee securities of the App.

3. Providers shall not compensate for any damage or other accidents, etc. caused by walking while watching the image on the users’ mobile phone (using a mobile phone while walking), etc.

Article 2（Users' Act/Prohibited, etc.）

1. Users shall agree that additional costs such as communication expenses, etc. incur to use the App depending on the users’ internet connection environment, and users bear the expenses. Besides, users shall acknowledge that users might not be able to use a part of the App due to the users’ internet connection environment, etc.​

2. The App is provided to users for personal use only. Users shall not engage in acts that are against public order and morals, violate laws and regulations, and other acts that are considered to be inappropriate in general social terms. ​

3. Users shall consider the safety of users themselves and users’ surroundings when using the App. Besides, users shall endeavor not to cause accidents by using a phone while walking, etc., and not to hinder the passage and the usage of others. ​

Article 3 （Temporary Suspension/Close of the App）

1. Hirakata City may temporarily prohibit providing the App at any time without advance notice to users.​

2. Hirakata City may close the App at any time without advance notice to users.​

3. Providers do not compensate for any users’ or third parties’ direct or indirect loss and damage arising from the terms above.

Article 4 （Revise of the Terms）​

Providers may revise these terms of service without advance notice to users due to the circumstances of the providers.​

백제사 터 WebAR 체험 가이드 이용규약​

히라카타시와 오사카 공업대학이 제휴한 교육계 프로젝트(소셜·오픈 이노베이션 챌린지 2024)를 통해서 오사카 공업대학에 취학하는 학생이 개발해, 히라카타시가 운영하는 「백제사 터 WebAR 체험 가이드」(이하 「본 앱」이라고 한다)를 이용하는 모든 고객(이하 「이용자」라고 한다)은, 이하의 이용규약에 동의하고 나서 이용할 수 있습니다.​

제1조 (비보상·면책)

1. 오사카 공업대학, 개발한 학생 및 히라카타시(이하, "제공자"라 한다)는 본 앱에서 제공되는 정보의 내용 등의 정확성에 대한 보상을 일절 하지 않습니다. 또한, 이용자가 본 앱을 이용함으로 인한 직접적 또는 간접적인 손해에 관하여 일절 책임지지 않습니다.

2. 제공자는 본 앱 내의 모든 정보, 이미지 등에 바이러스 등의 유해물이 포함되어 있지 않을 것 및 제삼자로부터의 부정한 접근이 없을 것, 기타 본 앱의 안전성에 관하여 일절 보증하지 않습니다.​

3. 제공자는 이용자의 스마트폰 등에 표시된 이미지를 주시하면서 보행하다 생긴 부상이나 기타 사고 등에 대해 일절 보상하지 않습니다.​

제2조 (이용자의 행위, 금지 사항 등)

1. 이용자는 이용자의 인터넷 접속 환경 등으로 인하여 본 앱을 이용하기 위하여 통신비 등이 별도로 발생할 것을 동의하며, 통신비 등의 일체를 이용자가 부담할 것을 동의합니다. 또한, 이용자는 이용자의 인터넷 접속 환경 등으로 인하여 본 앱의 일부를 이용하지 못할 수 있음을 양해하는 것으로 합니다.​

2. 이용자는 본 앱을 개인 사용 목적으로만 사용할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 공서양속에 반하는 행위, 법률 법령을 위반하는 행위, 기타 사회 통념상 인정되지 않는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.​

3. 이용자는 본 앱을 이용할 때 자기 및 주위의 안전을 배려하고, 보행 중 스마트폰 등으로 인한 사고나 타인의 통행 또는 이용에 방해가 되지 않도록 노력합니다.​

제3조 (본 앱의 일시적인 정지, 종료)​

1. 히라카타시는 이용자에게 사전 통지 없이 언제든지 일시적으로 본 앱의 제공을 금지할 수 있습니다.​

2. 히라카타시는 이용자에게 사전 통보 없이 언제든지 본 앱의 제공을 종료할 수 있습니다.​

3. 제공자는 전항에 의하여 발생한 직접 또는 간접적인 이용자 또는 제삼자의 손실 및 손해를 일절 보상하지 않습니다.​

제4조 (본 규정의 변경)​

제공자는 제공자의 사정에 의하여 본 규약의 내용을 이용자에게 예고 없이 개정할 수 있습니다.​
